Anyone can enter an AI role if they can do the work on Monday. So every idea is said simply, shown as a film, tried on our desk, then tried on YOURS. Resume and mock come after that transfer. That is the whole academy.

Lesson
One sentence you can say back, a picture, and words you can read twice. Jargon waits until the picture is clear.

The idea has to move under your fingers. If it breaks, that is the lesson — not a shame.

Three questions with a why. We do not trick you. We want you to leave able to teach someone else.

A page with a verb, an object, and a number. A mentor pass makes it kind and specific.

Practice the room before the room. Arul scores judgment, then sends you to the next lesson that still needs light.

When you may apply — said plainly
Rungs 1–3 green: you may apply to associate FDE, internal AI deployer, or ‘the AI person’ on your team. You can do a first supervised slice. Rungs 4–5 green: you can walk into the screen calm. OpenAI / Palantir still want code years we cannot mint in an evening. We get you into an AI role. We do not mint a staff FDE overnight.
