Week 1 · Pick the corpus

One bounded handbook. Not the internet.

Name the userA student asking office hours — not 'anyone on earth'. Write that sentence at the top of your README.
Bound the dataUse the FlexeByte sample handbook on this page, or one PDF you already have (policy, lab notes, FAQ). If it is bigger than one folder, cut it.
Write the refuse rule firstOne line: if the answer is not in a retrieved strip, say I do not know. Put it in the system prompt before you code retrieval.

Office hours

Professor Nila is in room 214, Tuesday 14:00–16:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Email is for scheduling only.

Library

With a student card the library stays open until 21:00 on weekdays. Weekend hours are 10:00–16:00.

Do not invent dates, fees, legal citations, or medical advice that are not in this handbook. Say you do not know.

Fees

The term lab fee is ₹2,000, due the first Monday. Refunds are decided by the registrar, not by this handbook bot.
