Role: who the model is. Goal: what done looks like. Constraints: must-include, must-avoid, length. Example: a past good one. Output shape: bullets, table, or 80 words. That is the whole professional craft.

Examples carry your standard

Models imitate taste better than they invent it. Paste a good letter. Say 'like this, not like last week's ramble'. Private tricks in one person's head do not scale. Shared prompts do.

Save it as a team asset

Name the prompt, version it, put it next to the source folder. When someone finds a better constraint, they edit the asset — they do not start from 'write a mail' in a private tab.
