Name the gate
Mention tracing, cost caps, human review, and refusal. These words tell an interviewer you have seen production, not just a notebook. They are also true more often than 'fine-tuned an LLM' on a weekend.
Tamil and English, same rule
Write the resume in the language of the job posting, but keep the numbers. Do not translate proof into poetry. Arul's rule: the market hires proof in any language.
Worked example
Before and after a bullet
Before: Responsible for using AI to help the team. After: Shipped a meeting-notes prompt used by 12 people; median draft time 25 min → 6 min, with a manager gate before send. Same person. Different hireability.
